Vinyl fence installed for Privacy in Higby Hills development on Augusta drive
We were back in New Hartford to secure another one of Cannon pools in-ground pools. During our last visit to this area we chose our Regis aluminum commercial pool fence to run around the perimeter of the pool, which set the pool off very nicely. And of course our self closing vinyl arched gates located at both sides of the pool brought things together very nicely.
For this project we decided to go with our 6ft high vinyl Fulton privacy fence because it was a corner lot, and privacy was much needed.
Furthermore, we worked closely with the customer and paver to make sure our fence was installed at the right grade. Even though we had heavy rains, and the conditions were not ideal, we we were able to install the vinyl fence on schedule.
We provided a 8ft gate to allow plenty of access, and of course we utilized our stainless steel hardware to provide many years of functionality. The job came out very nicely, and our customers were very happy to have there pool secured with our durable vinyl fencing.
Vinyl fence installation in Higby Hills development on Augusta Drive
Poly Enterprises was back in New Hartford, NY to help secure another in-ground pool installed by Geraty Pools and Spas from Herkimer, NY.
After working closely with the customer to provide the best possible vinyl fencing system, and to provide them with maximum efficiency in traffic flow, functionality, and of course looks, we settled on four of our most popular vinyl and aluminum products.
We chose our Regis aluminum commercial pool fence to run around the perimeter of the pool, which set the pool off very nicely.
And of course our self closing arched gates located at both sides of the pool brought things together very nicely.
The addition of two sections located at 45 degrees on the outside corners to match the shape of the pool made the vinyl install very appealing.
Next, in order to incorporate the patio area into the pool area, and maximize utility and functionality, we went with our Westbury aluminum railing system. We secured the post to the concrete using stainless steel bolts so as to prevent any issues with corrosion. We were able to tie the railing into the fence system so as to keep it to pool codes, and of course the transition was seamless, and looked great.
We then decided to go with our 6ft vinyl Fulton privacy fence on the side of the patio which was exposed to the road. This created a very private place for our customers. We nicely customized the privacy fence to transition the privacy fence to the Westbury aluminum railing height, and of course we went with a customized vinyl gate system complete with a beautiful arched picket accent.
We then moved to the existing deck which, when built, had not had any railings installed on it. This created a safety issue, and of course did not look completed. So, we chose to go with our popular Newport vinyl railing system complete with aluminum stiffeners in both top and bottom rails.
After installing the newel posts, we had each section of vinyl railing custom routed to allow for a perfect fit, and keep the balusters evenly spaced.
The installed vinyl railing looked beautiful, and created a safe decking system for our customer.
The completed project came together very nicely, and our customers were very happy. Now they can enjoy their pool knowing that it is a safe and secure environment.
