The deck construction began with a standard treated frame and incorporated an innovative under-soffit rain drainage system installed by our sister company, Gutter Tech Enterprise. This system redirects rainwater to gutters, keeping the area below dry and usable, even during inclement weather.

To finish the rain system, we installed colonial vinyl soffit, ensuring a polished and seamless look. For the decking, we chose Veka vinyl decking, a high-quality material known for its low maintenance and long-lasting appeal. The installation included upper and lower decks, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Custom Pergola and Copper Accents

To elevate the design, we added a custom pergola crafted with Veka decking materials, offering shade and visual interest. The pergola was finished with copper flashing, which enhances the deck’s appearance and perfectly complements the lakefront setting and fall scenery.
