The Poly Enterprises deck crew made their way out to Marcy, NY recently and finished the deck that they had started earlier in the year. While there they got the chance to work with another great homeowner to install a beautiful new Tree select deck in a two town white and saddle brown color. The vinyl skirting was built out of 1” by 6” vinyl pickets with a one-half inch space to allow ventilation and ensure a dry storage area under the deck. As you can see from the pictures we also installed a custom access door below the deck to access the additional storage. The Trex select decking used to trim the access area and black metal fixtures blend well with the custom deck and railing. The deck was constructed with concrete footers at a depth of four feet and composite fascia boards all around. The top and bottom rails are Potenza railing in the color white, and the newel post / balusters are in a textured bronze color with New England post caps in the color white to finish the look. Poly Enterprises completed the installation with Cape May lighting to enhance the look and safety of the new deck.
