A Dream Deck

We have been in Richfield Springs, NY recently working with some fine folks adding some great decking to their home on the banks of Canadarago Lake. It’s a pretty large project, and over the course of a few days, we’ve made some big strides in getting the best out of the installation experts that we’ve got on our side regardless of the sweltering heat and muggy air. The family decided to go with Trex Transcend decking, vinyl railing with black aluminum balusters, and drink rail. We are also installing low voltage LED lighting along the posts, fascia, and step risers. This will allow the homeowners to locate the camp, even when out boating at dusk as the sun hides behind the horizon.

Putting in the Finishing Touches

The installation is coming along great, and we can’t wait to finish the job completely so these people can sit outside on their brand new deck, drink some ice cold beverages, read a book, and look over the lake. Thoreau himself couldn’t appreciate the beauty of nature better from anywhere else. Our sister company Gutter Tech Enterprise completes the soffit, siding, and gutter work on the camp and when the decking and these aspects of the property are all wrapped up we can go off on our way and allow these folks to wax poetic themselves.
