Does your company carry insurance, including liability and workman's compensation?

We can if needed. However, in most cases the home owner obtains a permit.

We can if needed. However, in most cases the home owner obtains a permit.

Will you contact my utility company to verify the location of a buried line?

We pride ourselves in our safety and preparation. In cases of buried lines, we will have the utility company mark the location of their buried lines.

When is a payment required? Do you require a deposit?

We typically require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Will you provide a firm written contract?

Yes, we provide a written contract for all our work. It helps define the project, and helps keep the expectations of both the client and the installer aligned.

Can you provide references from satisfied customers?

Absolutely! We can provide referrals in almost any area of Central New York. In fact, our satisfied customers are the primary reason we’ve been able to serve so many homes in the CNY area. We would love you to ask!

Will you use subcontractors for any portion of the fence installation process?

No, we do not use subcontractors. While other installers may require specialists for jobs, we like to do things the old fashioned way – each project will be completed by Poly Enterprises.

What is your policy for waste removal and clean up?

We always want to leave the job site in better condition than we found it. (And no, we’re not just saying that – check out our testimonials section!). We will be sure to remove any debris and extra fill. Unless, of course, the customer has an area on the property that could use extra earth, in which case, we would be glad to help fill.
