Poly Enterprises just finished installing a popular Fulton vinyl privacy fence with clay tongue and groove panels, and a concave picket accents. The homeowner wanted a fence that would wrap the large yard. This would give them plenty of space for family gathers, for children to play, or for the dog to run outside.
Careful planning is always crucial to any construction project. It becomes even more important when we work on installations that cover long spaces. Nothing is less appealing than a crooked fence. So, first we assessed the property lines and the grade of the property. This helps us get the pitch just right; a grade that blends seamlessly with the property.
We then set all of the posts in concrete. Our professional installation crew takes care to make sure all of our posts are square, and the panels are perfectly set. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and cleanliness, so you won’t see any vinyl shavings here!
We also added custom vinyl gates to give easy access to the yard. Our gate assemblies are all built with stainless steel hardware, with a higher quality and lifespan than most store-bought gate fasteners. After wrapping up the gate, this project was finished.
The homeowners loved the finished project (and so did the dog)! They now have a quiet, secure place to enjoy the outdoors!

Getting ready to installing the Pool Fence
This week we wrapped up a fun and challenging pool fencing project in Utica, Ny. We had to finish the project in time for Geraty Pools and Spas to complete the in-ground pool installation. To secure the pool area, we installed both vinyl and aluminum pool fencing styles.
First we assessed the site, and had the property surveyed. This guaranteed the best layout to maximize the space, and to organize the installation. We removed the old deck in preparation for the pool work, and to get ready to install a new deck which we planned and built. The new deck was finished with a stylized, angled front, and would be furnished with ornate aluminum fencing.
Landscaping around the Pool Fence
Once the pool was installed, we set the fence posts. Before we set the fence sections, Stone Age Landscaping installed the landscaping and stones. And what a beautiful job they did! After that had wrapped up, we completed the fence sections and gates. we set the posts, after which Stone Age Landscaping from New Hartford, NY came in and installed the landscaping and paving stones. Once they were done we installed all the fence sections and gates.
We wanted to make sure that the styles matched nicely with the pool, home, and new landscaping. To do so, we chose out popular Fulton Vinyl Privacy Fence, with a Franklin accent and gray tongue and groove panelling. We also installed our commercial Regis Aluminum fence along one side next to the deck and installed an arched gate complete with stainless hardware and a Magna latch.
Designing the Pool Deck
We designed the deck to give easy access to both the pool and the driveway. The new deck was built using Using DuraLife composite decking with hidden fasteners. Its Brazilian cherry color was a welcome improvement to the pool area. The aluminum Westbury aluminum railing which finished the project off very nicely, adding a touch of sophistication the deck railing.
We completed the pool fencing project in no time using only the best materials, and high-quality installation teams. Needless to say, the homeowners were thrilled with the new look of their pool area, and happy to have the added comfort, safety, and beauty of a new pool fence. We’re proud, knowing that our install will provide years of enjoyment and, not to mention a beautiful place to spend time enjoying the outdoors.

Sometimes you get a chance to make a good thing even better. That’s what we did last week in New Hartford, NY when we installed an outdoor retractable pergola canopy system onto a pergola we built last season.
In and earlier post, we detailed the installation of our white vinyl pergola. In this project, we installed the structure on their stone patio to cover the outdoor kitchen. It looked great, tied in the stone counter and seating, and gave some height to the space of the back yard. The homeowners loved the new look, and impressed with the speed of the installation.
Naturally, the pergola became the place for outdoor gatherings, as the mini-bar and seating were placed underneath. The only problem was that with the hot New York sun, the stone patio became quite warm. Some shade would be great!
That’s where we come in. After a quick call from the homeowner, we showed them a variety of canvas styles for our Pergola Canvas Systems. They chose a brown earth tone, which matched well with both the texture of the stone and the muted browns and creams of the house. We came out for the installation, and in a few hours they had the shade they needed, and an ever better looking pergola!
The Benefits of Pergola Canopy Systems
The addition of the pergola canopy can help any homeowner improve their back yard by:
- Helping provide shade and protection from the sun
- Retractable canvas pieces will adjust to fit changing conditions
- Canvas is easy to clean, and resists fading
- Beautiful color selections provide visual appeal and style
